When we got to the yard, there was a swarm hanging out on the side of one of the boxes.
We used a quiet cloth to slowly scrape and funnel them into a new box.
From another colony, a mature laying queen was found and placed in a a cage to mark her...
And she was marked with green for the current year...
Now it's time to get back to inspecting the rest of the hives...
